Moqueca Brazilian Fish Stew

Moqueca recipe absolutely delicious.
Sauté 1 medium chopped onion and 3 cloves garlic for about 5-7 minutes.
Add large can crushed San Marzano tomatoes 1 tsp cumin 1 c chicken stock ( I use veg) 1/2 c white wine 1 Tbsp hot tomatillo relish
squeeze of fresh lemon juice if you have it, salt and pepper to taste.
Bring up heat to med and add whatever fresh seafood you like.
Cook on med for another half hour until fish done. Serve over baby potatoes or rice.
