2-3 bananas sliced
1 Tb butter or coconut oil
Heat the above ingredients
vanilla ice cream
toasted hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, pistachios or coconut covered cashews
to do this...just place in a warm skillet & heat for about a minute
Sautee' bananas, add about 1/3 jar of our tropical topping & heat for about a minute, serve over vanilla ice cream & top with the toasted nuts
