Directions:
"Preheat oven 350 F. In large mixing bowl cream the butter, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla until fully mixed. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in separate mixing bowl.
Gradually add dry mixture to egg and butter mixture. Fold in toasted coconut and nuts.
Bake in a 9x9 greased pan for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
For the frosting, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Fold in Pina Colada Sauce. Spread over cooled cookie bars.

- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
